What ASCS Agency is
ASCS Agency — American Senior Citizen Services, operated by LTI Group LLC — is a general, non-sensitive business call-answering, routing, and general-inquiry service for home-care and senior-care agencies. It is planned for service availability in the United States and Canada.
- It answers, screens, and routes business calls and takes messages.
- It is a business/administrative tool — not a medical, clinical, care-coordination, or emergency service.
- For a medical or safety emergency, call 911.
Business use only; no sensitive information
The website and service are for business use by agencies. They are not intended for patients or families, and they are not intended to receive sensitive or health information.
- Do not submit patient, medical, caregiver, treatment, diagnosis, care-plan, or emergency information — or any other protected health information (PHI).
- ASCS excludes PHI and sensitive information by design.
What the service does not do
- ASCS does not record calls.
- ASCS does not transcribe calls.
- ASCS does not create AI summaries of calls.
- ASCS does not store call content, and recording, transcription, summaries, and call-content storage are not offered as features.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the website and service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to submit prohibited information.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
No payment on this website
No payment is collected or processed through this website. Pricing shown is for reference; final commercial terms are set during onboarding under a separate agreement.
Availability and changes
The website is in development and not yet open to the public. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the website or features, and we may update these Terms; the date above reflects the most recent version.
